PVM’s Roots in San Diego
CEO and Founder Pat Mack retired from the Navy in 2010, with a strong desire to continue leveraging technology and addressing data-driven challenges to make improvements for his fellow shipmates. In pursuit of this mission, he founded PVM as a one-man startup in San Diego, building upon the work he had been dedicated to while in uniform. PVM's first client was the Navy, where Pat and his team provided support for Command and Control operations. The experiences PVM has gained in San Diego, particularly partnering with the Navy, have profoundly influenced our company's mission-driven approach that defines us today.
